# Hi, I'm Neeraj.

A full-stack engineer building **AI software for small teams**. The kind that needs to keep working long after launch day.

For five years I've been building production software end to end: **RAG pipelines, multi-tenant SaaS, automation systems**, and the messy real-world workflows where AI either earns its place or gets in the way.

Work I've led has reached **2,000+ users**, lifted recommendation accuracy by **40%**, and replaced **95%** of one client's manual work.

Currently building **[Docsiv](https://docsiv.com)**, an AI document workspace for agencies, consultants, and creative teams. This is the main thing.

## How I work

I get the smallest useful version of an idea in front of real users early, then refine from what they actually do.

I treat **AI features like product features**. Not magic, not hype. They have to be reliable, observable, and worth the wait.

I've stayed close to the whole loop on every project I've led: design, architecture, build, deploy, iterate. Equally at home as the only engineer in the room or sharing the work with a team.

## A bit of background

Started freelancing in **2020** while still in college, building for clients across industries with Django, Next.js, Node, and payment integrations across Stripe, Razorpay, and PayPal.

Joined **NJ Designpark in 2022** to lead full-stack and PM work: built and launched Trade Business School, integrated OpenAI and Claude into client support flows (cut tickets by 40%), built a domain monitor, the UK Postcode API, and a custom review system that saved one client around $2k a month.

Now at **Virtual Xcellence** since Jan 2025, focused entirely on AI SaaS.
